Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and sea salt. Add the melted butter and whisk until smooth.
Add the pecan halves to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the sweet and spicy mixture.
Spread the pecans out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 15 minutes, or until the pecans are caramelized and fragrant.
Remove the pecans from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cool, break up any clumps and serve.
