Toss apple slices with 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp nutmeg. Spread in greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
In bowl, mix Greek yogurt, almond flour, oats, whey protein, remaining 2 tbsp honey, vanilla, and remaining cinnamon/nutmeg.
