Ingredients

• • Food coloring (blue and green)
• • ⅞ cup caramel sauce
• • ⅞ tsp sea salt flakes

Instructions

   In a microwave-safe mug, melt butter. Add sugars and egg, microwaving in 30-second intervals until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and milk. Mix well. Divide batter into 3 portions.

   Add blue food coloring to one portion, green to another. Leave third plain. Microwave each for 1 minute 30 seconds, or until edges are set.
