In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Chill the mixture for 15-20 minutes to make shaping easier.
Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the turkey mixture into 30 small balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
While the meatballs cool, prepare the turkey features: cut pretzel sticks into 2-inch tail feathers, and set aside candy corn and olive halves.
Once meatballs are cooled, insert a pretzel stick as the tail feather into the back of each. Use a toothpick to secure the candy corn as the beak and an olive half as the eye. Repeat for all meatballs.
