Drain and rinse chickpeas. Halve cherry tomatoes, slice cucumber, and measure all other ingredients.
Toss chickpeas with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine roasted chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, and crumbled feta.
Whisk together remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly. Garnish with fresh oregano and lemon wedges.
