In a large mixing bowl, combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, flour, cornstarch, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract, melted butter, chopped walnuts, raisins, and coconut flakes. Mix until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to thicken.
In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread half the mixture. Top with a layer of sponge cake soaked in rum or coffee.
Add remaining mixture and another sponge cake layer. Chill for 2 hours.
