In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter and honey until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a thick dough forms. Chill for 10 minutes to firm up the dough.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork using a crisscross pattern.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown around the edges but still soft in the center.
