Festive Antipasto Christmas Tree Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

• • 8 ⅞ oz cream cheese
• • 4 ⅞ oz shredded mozzarella
• • 2 ⅞ tbsp mayonnaise
• • 1 ⅞ tsp Dijon mustard
• • ⅞ tsp Italian seasoning
• • ⅞ tsp garlic powder
• • ⅞ cup chopped black olives
• • ⅞ cup diced green olives
• • ⅞ cup chopped artichoke hearts
• • ⅞ cup diced pepperoncini
• • ⅞ cup chopped marinated mushrooms
• • 1 ⅞ tbsp chopped fresh parsley
• • Red cherry tomatoes
• • Green olive slices
• • Mini bell pepper strips
• • Fresh rosemary sprigs
• • Crackers and breadsticks for serving

Instructions

   In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.

   Fold in chopped black olives, green olives, artichoke hearts, pepperoncini, mushrooms, and parsley until evenly distributed.

   Divide mixture into 3 portions. Roll each portion into a cone shape for the tree trunk, base, and top. Stack to form a pyramid shape. Chill for 30 minutes.

   Arrange red cherry tomatoes as ornaments, green olive slices as lights, and mini bell peppers as bows. Add rosemary sprigs for a fresh touch.
